The Kings Head Wateringbury - c1910 / 1920

I cant imagine what this photo was all about. 

So many men presumably from the village, some dressed in strange outfits. 

If anyone has any clues as to what the reason for this photo and even better if you are able to identify anyone that would be great. 

I may have relatives there myself.

In the previously posted photo Dail Whiting' Grandfather is clearly the guy in the cap at the back left so it dates it to around 1917.
